We have done exstensive testing to make sure that our candles perform to our standards to ensure you have a great experience with us. Should you receive a candle that does not perform to standard we are happy to exchange the item.
Payment
We accept payment through Paypal. Payment is due at the time of order.
Shipping
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship using Priority Mail through the USPS (unless stated otherwise). Cost does not include insurance (You can request insurance just ask. There may be an additional charge) or coverage for items damaged in transit. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the orders destination.
We have taken the time to calculate costs by state and listed them below for you to take into consideration. Our item is posted with the highest rate of $10.35 (which is the USPS Flat Rate). You will be refunded the difference between the flat rate and the rate quoted for your state below should the difference be greater than one dollar. See our shipping policies for more details.
The key with shipping is that the first item always costs the most to ship. Get the most for your money by making multiple purchases.
