About

Always Producing, Always Looking for a new Audience !

I enjoy pulling my inspiration of my art works from the natural wonders around the world. I look non stop for beautiful glaze recipes and combinations that can help me express different regions around the world, from the arctic to volcanoes, Water & Earth, and even from the Sun & Moon I draw inspiration to recreate these wonderful and beautiful natural phenomena. When I look at pottery I normally see the same colors used by everybody, I do my best to find unique glaze combinations that can make a statement, and can stand alone from the cookie cutter mugs that have Betty Crocker Glazes on them. I hope that you keep coming back to see how my pottery evolves from month to month, year to year, and I would like to thank everyone for all the support they have given me and my shop, I'm always happy to see my work appreciated!

Welcome to my Etsy Shop, Thank you for your support, I want you to buy with confidence! Let me know if there is anything wrong with your pottery and I will make it right, the only thing I do not cover is if you drop it!
If it shows up cracked upon arrival we can work with the post office to get our money back. All my pottery is consider Microwave safe. However, pottery is a natural product, and therefore imperfections can make their way into the clay, such as tiny tiny sand sized pebbles, those pebbles when heated in the microwave can cause a section of a mug to pop off or crack. Sometimes it might be one time in the microwave, or it could be 10 years down the road, if any of that happens take a photo and send it to me and we can work it out on a case by case bases. Normally we can find a replacement for you, if there is a big price gap you may need to pay the difference (example, if you purchased a 20 dollar item and then it broke and now you want a 50 dollar item, I may ask you to pay the 30 dollars difference). Do not be afraid to contact me with any questions or concerns!

Payment
Through Etsy I accept Paypal and credit cards, sorry, I do not accept checks.
Shipping
No item will be shipped until the payment is cleared, I only ship in the lower 48 states, US, I do not ship overseas.

We often use recycled materials to pack with when we have it available. We always like to reduce and recycle as much as possible to help prevent items filling up the landfills.

**Please send pictures as soon as possible if something breaks during shipping.
***Please note effective 1/1/2018 Etsy adds a Tax to people living in Washington State - We have no control over that, Etsy will automatically add it on.

***If there was an over payment on shipping it will be refunded, if it was an under payment we will pay the difference on our end***

After the the payment is received, the work will be shipped out ASAP, most of the time it would be the next business day. I use Priority USPS shipping, which is in general 2-3 business days. So to give you an Idea, if you purchase a mug on Monday, I'll ship it Tuesday and it should be there around Thursday. Insurance is added to each shipment.

Every item has tracking on it, even though there is no signature required, please be home to receive your package so it doesn't get lost or stolen off your porch. If you know that Items tend to get stolen off your porch you may request for the package to be held at the local post office.
Additional policies and FAQs
******I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS******* Unless the pottery breaks through the mail carrier, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please look at all photos of the item before purchasing and read the description thoroughly. You are buying a handmade functional art piece, made with an organic, natural material, there will be variations in shape, color and texture throughout the pot. Color in images may vary from screen to screen. We take our photos in natural light, This is where you can see the glazes at their best, it may look different inside a dark house.
We do not accept returns because items may break on the way back to me, the item may have been used before wanting to be returned, and the shipping to you and back to me often becomes more expensive than the mug. Please choose wisely before buying but be assured you are buying a quality one of a kind art piece!

**All photos are taking Outside during the day, often shot in the shade on a bright day, sometimes I will shoot some photos in half shade half sun to get you an idea of the colors of the mug. The photos are not edited in any way except light balance. The photos are taken in bright light to bring out all the colors, it might look different in poor lighting or inside a house under different lighting, for best viewing look at it in the sunlight on a nice bright day.
**Please note these are made from organic material and is handmade, and therefore from time to time may wobble, I do try to remember to test each piece for this before I post them but sometimes one will escape me.
**Also remember that the lids on mugs are also organic and handmade which means that it wont be a perfect fit for being leak proof, it is mostly there to keep the heat in. These do not have any rubber rings around them so it is probably not good for traveling with.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders

I normally do not like making custom orders because each piece does take a few weeks to make, and I don't want to be stuck with mugs that are personalized that people end up not wanting. However it doesn't hurt to ask, keep in mind glazes are limited.

Care instructions

Each item is supposed to be microwave safe and dishwasher safe, but to make your item last long it is better to hand wash it. Even though it is microwave safe, it is an organic material and sometimes will contain something, like a small grain sized pebble that doesn't agree with microwaving causing your item to crack or a small section to pop off. If this happens let me know and I will see what I can do for you.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All Items are packaged for safety, not really pretty for presents. However if it is a gift we will gladly write out a card with your specific message, we can also watercolor a picture on the card for you at no extra cost, just let us know what the picture is and we can paint it! (example: tree, flower, house, etc) {not really good at drawing people just yet!}

My Order Broke During Shipping

We can pack something with bubble wrap and triple box it it with padding, but if USPS decides to play basketball with the box it may still break. Send me photos of your broken order after opening it so we can get you a replacement or your money back. *Must send photo of broken item, no need to ship it back

I want to have an exact set of mugs, is this possible?

Yes and no. These are made from organic materials, I can make 6 mugs at 6 inches tall, but after the water dries out and gets fired some may still be 6 inches tall and some will be 4 inches tall. So I can make extra mugs and pick the *closest* identical ones as possible, but it wont be the 100% the same.

Can I return My Item if I...??
