Payment
Through Etsy, we accept all major credit cards, Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.
Shipping
No item will be shipped until the payment is cleared. We only ship within the continental US. We do not ship overseas at the moment.

We often use recycled materials to pack with when we have it available. We always like to reduce and recycle as much as possible to help prevent items from filling up the landfills.

Just some REMINDERS:

**Please send pictures as soon as possible if something breaks during shipping so we can process a claim with USPS and send a replacement or a refund (refunds only available if item breaks during shipping.**


***Please note as of 10/1/2018, Etsy collects tax from multiple states including, but not limited to, WA, PA, OK, MN. We have no control over that, Etsy will automatically add it on.***

***If there was an over payment on shipping, it will be refunded; if it was an under payment, we will pay the difference on our end.***

After the payment has been received, the item will be shipped out ASAP. Most of the time it would be the next business day. We use Priority USPS shipping, which is in general 2-3 business days. Insurance is added to each shipment as well.

Every item has a tracking number on it, which we will send to you through message after the order has shipped. Even though there is no signature required, please be at home to receive your package so it doesn't get lost or stolen off your porch. If you know that Items tend to get stolen off your porch, you may request for the package to be held at your local post office.

Custom and personalized orders

We normally do not do custom orders. However, if we do, just a reminder that depending on how many pieces you order/ask for, it does take a few weeks to a month to complete an item. Keep in mind, our glazes are limited and always changing, so we may or may not have the colors you are looking for, but we will personally message you with what we do have in stock.

Care instructions

Each item is microwave safe and dishwasher safe, but to make your item last longer, it is better to hand wash it.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All Items are packaged for safety with newspaper/bubble wrap. However, if it is a gift, we will gladly write out a card with your specific message. We can also watercolor a picture on a card for you at no extra cost. Just let us know what the picture is and will gladly do our best to paint it! (example: tree, flower, house, etc. except people).

My order broke during shipping

We could pack the piece with bubble wrap and could triple box it with padding, but if the mailing carrier decides to be careless with the package, the mug may still break. But, if you send me photos of your broken order after opening (of the same day of arriving), we can get you a replacement or your money back. But please DO NOT send the item back.

Can you make a replica of this piece?

Yes and no. Although we can try our best to make a replica of the piece that you've recently purchased, it will not come out looking 100% the same as the previous piece seeing how clay is a natural organic material. Every pottery item that we make is all unique. We normally do not make copies unless it is a popular item. Each piece usually has a combination of glazes that can be hard to sadly replicate or just don't have that glaze in stock. Again, we will our best, but with no promises it will come out the same though.

Asking to return, a refund, or exchange

Unless the pottery breaks through the mail carrier, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please look at all photos of the item before purchasing and read the description thoroughly. Please choose wisely before buying.

Remember that you are buying a handmade, functional art piece, made with an organic, natural material. There will be variations in shapes, and glazes and textures. Colors in images may vary from screen to screen. We're not responsible for any differences in color because of differences in lighting and screen settings. You will get the exact mug pictured on the listing you ordered.

My item doesn't look like what was pictured on screen.

Photos are taking outside during the day, and often shot in the shade on a bright day. Sometimes, photos will be in half shade and half sun to give an idea of the colors of the mug. The photos are not edited in any way except light balance. The photos are taken in bright light to show the mug at its best, natural colors; it might look different in poor lighting or inside your home. For the best view of the piece, look at it in the sunlight on a nice bright day to give you all its beauty.

*Please note these are made from organic material and is handmade, and therefore, with low chance, their might be a slight wobble. I do test each piece for this before I post them, but sometimes one will escape me. This will not effect the performance*
