Custom and personalised orders

I will take on custom and personalised orders but a maximum of 2 weeks would be required to fulfil the order. Please contact me and I’d be happy to discuss your requirements.

Do you have a winding service?

Yes, for a small charge of £1 per skein I can cake your purchased yarns to save you time

Care instructions

Whilst most of the excess dye is removed from the yarn, occasionally a small amount may remain, therefore I would recommend that you hand wash your newly crafted items individually in warm water for the first couple of washes.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do offer a gift wrapping and packaging service and can send your gift wrapped item with a handwritten card to your chosen address. Please contact me to discuss your requirements

Shipping

I aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days and send items first class. Delivery of goods in the UK should take 1-2 working days; Europe 3-5 working days and elsewhere 7-10 working days

Delivery for custom orders will vary. Please contact me and we can discuss this further.
