Please contact me with any concerns with your order and I'll do my best to resolve any issues. All items come from a smoke-free home.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You must contact me with 48 hours of receiving your order if you have an issue, and if an refund is approved, it must be sent within 48 hours after our communication. In most cases, if an refund is issued, it will be for the cost of the item only. The cost of the initial shipping and return shipping will not be refunded.

Items should be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent in.

Because of the nature of custom items, in most cases, I will not be able to issue a refund. However, this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Highly personalized items most likely will not be refunded. If you have an issue with custom item, please send me a message and we will try and work something out.

All vintage items are sold AS-IS.

I take great care to accurately describe all flaws I find. Please remember that vintage items have been worn and used before, so as a result may have slight imperfections. The ones I find are mentioned.

Please make sure you look at the measurements in the description and allow room for ease, before ordering.

I try to accurately describe all items, in the description. If I do notice something, before I ship it out, that was not in the original description, I will contact you to make sure that you still want it.

I try to photograph multiple views of all items. If you need further descriptions or photos, just send me a message. Remember that colors can vary on different computers and devices, so may not show as the exact color as the real item.
I accept payment via Pay Pal or Credit Card

Payments should be made within 3 days.
For in-stock Items will be shipped 1 - 3 business days after payment is received.

Custom items are on a first-come first-served basis so shipping times may vary. I will keep you informed of my turn-around time, when your order is placed.

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service. Insurance is optional.

Shipping costs are, in some cases, a best-guess estimate. Overages for the cost of packaging and shipping of $2 or more will be refunded.

Whenever possible, I do try to reuse materials and packaging supplies, so packaging may not be brand new, but will be clean.

I do ship internationally. If a shipping price is not listed for your country, just message me and I will calculate the actual cost for you. International buyers are responsible for paying duty and customs fees for their country. Items will be shipped as "Merchandise" on the customs form. I will not falsifying customs declaration forms in order to help a Buyer avoid these taxes and fees as it is against the law.
