She was extremely patient and professional, sent me pics as she was working on them to assure everything was to my satisfaction. Packed and shipped carefully and quickly once they were done. The results are amazing! I shared with the band members, and THEY were flabbergasted with the miniature art as well. The attention to detail and likeness brings Joy to everyone who views them.
