Frequently asked questions

You don't accept returns, but what if the product is damaged in the mail?

In case of your order arriving damaged in the mail, please message me and attach some photos of the package and the content for verification of the damaged goods, so I can open up a claim for a replacement.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Double-check the mailing address you entered when you placed your order (was there an error?), and contact your local Post Office to ask them to try locating the lost order. If the tracking shows as 'delivered' please check with other members of your family and/or neighbours as sometimes packages are received by someone else on your behalf.

What if my item is defective/misprinted/damaged?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Message me as soon as possible with the issue.
