Refunds and Exchanges
I have a pretty strict refund policy because I am poor and have been taken advantage of before in the past. There are absolutely NO refunds due to delivery incompetency. I literally have no control over the postal service, so if they lose your item it is very much out of my hands. Depending on the item, I will send out a replacement after enough time has passed to make sure it isn't going to show up eventually, but I do not refund for things lost in the post, I can't afford to, especially as I ship internationally and those postage rates are way higher. At an absolute stretch I will refund the base item price, but not the postage costs which I would have had to pay, and this will be worked out on a case by case basis.
