I've been adding more organic cotton sustainable linens. I sell retail and also sell wholesale and take care of my stockists at the same time. So as you can tell I am a very busy woman. :)

Please note that I do not include a printed invoice in my packages for environmental reasons. This order confirmation email can be printed out if you need it for your records. Thank you!

PLEASE READ: Product descriptions will help you as you decide which product is good for you. Most of the products are made with prewashed fabric. Prewashing does shrink the fabric but it will not preshrink totally therefore you may incur shrinking depending on your water temperature when washing and also your heat cycle and how long it is left in the dryer. These are things I cannot control. If you have any questions about the products, please reach out ahead of time before ordering. Also please take note of delivery dates. This information is available with each of the products. Knowing what you are ordering and when the goods are being shipped out will help you be a more satisfied customer. Please reach out directly if there is an issue to see if we can work out an issue with the products before leaving negative feedback. I do my best when preparing the products. please understand there are some things, however, that is not in my control, for example, I am not always able to see defects in fabric, which show up after fabric gets washed in your home.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering for delivery outside the US, please note that first-class mail cannot be tracked once it leaves the United States. Consider requesting upper-level shipping and insurance (more expensive) if you want to track. I am not responsible once the package is in the deliverer's hands.

Since I focus on quality in what I make, many of our products are made from genuine organic cotton french terry, hemp/organic cotton, bamboo, bamboo/hemp, sherpa washcloths, and towels in a variety of sizes.

For hygiene reasons and my clients' well-being, I do not accept returns or exchanges, especially since COVID. Please read all of the product descriptions and feel free to ask me any questions before purchasing. I'm here for you.
