    I stand behind my patterns 100%. You are buying a pattern that has been test knitted several times on all sizes and checked numerous times for typo's. (In saying this no one is perfect, so if you do by some small chance find a typo, please let me know).
    With the patterns comes pattern support, I am available via email to help with questions, adapting of sizes, wool support etc. Patterns also include US needle sizes and measurements.

    Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
    Returns and exchanges
    Each refund will be dealt with individually on a case by case basis.

    I am here to keep my customers happy and returning to my shop.
    Payment
    I accept paypal payments. Please make sure that the address logged with Etsy is the one the purchases are being sent to.

    For NZ customers, please convo me and I will send bank details upon purchase receipt.

    Happy to take payments over a time period if the order is over $100.00. Please send me a convo before placing order, so that I can put up a reserved listing for you, which you can then purchase once full payment has been made. Have a great day!
    Shipping
    For New Zealand buyers:- 1-3 days but can take up to 5 days.
    Australian Buyers :- 1-6 days airmail.
    Everywhere else:- 10-14 days, but can be known to take up to 21 days, airmail.

    International Buyers will be responsible for any additional taxes with customs relevant to their country.
