We will return to the home office to make & package your MADE TO ORDER designs. That includes all custom sized design pieces. All premade pieces can be shipped by our team until we arrive late April. Jaylene is the only one that can currently make the custom pieces.

~Our home office//studio is in a separate room than the rest of our home & we keep it extra clean//closed off when we aren't occupying the space. {we use the best natural cleaners, disinfectants, herbs & oils to clean & renew our space}
~We are sending orders for delivery by scheduling an at home pickup with USPS instead of taking them to the post office directly. {which could result in some minor delays in shipping times}
~We take the extra steps to ship NV orders in minimal + biodegradable + recycled packaging to lower the impact of consumerism, which we believe is fine with simplistic purposeful intention + moderation. {shopping NV you are doing consumerism the right way}

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
All custom design orders are made to order which means you will need to give me some time to make them before they are ready to ship. The typical time it takes me to have a custom done and shipped is about 1 week (possibly earlier) depending on work flow. If for any reason the order will take longer, I will inform you personally or there will be a notice on the announcements section to inform you of such delay prior to your order placement.
The design can be inspired by one currently in the shop, on the Instagram, a combination or anything your heart desires (within my ability and supply availability). Please contact me with your requests or questions. I do my very best to respond daily.
Custom and personalized orders
If you don't find what you are looking for, please let us know. Whether you would like an item in a different metal, prefer different beads, or want us to create an entirely new design, Jaylene's creative hands are at your service to create the natural jewelry piece of your dreams (within her design style). She loves making custom jewelry and is happy to work with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece. Fee free to build off of the many, diverse pre-made designs listed in the shop to dream up your custom Vibez creation. Custom creationz are subject to a slight price difference|increase when including more materials | specially purchased materials | a more in depth creation process. What is Natural Vibrationz's Return | Repair Policy Terms in Detail?
Return:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for another item of equal value.
Repair:
Within 30 days of receipt, if your NV piece needs repair or replacement due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair it or replace it with the same product if available. If the same product is unavailable and the item cannot be repaired, an item of equal value will be offered or you can choose a merchandise credit.
For up to 6 months, you may have your item repaired if you pay to ship it back to us, by providing the original sales receipt | order #. You may have to pay for supplies (cost to us) if needed to return to original. We'll pay to send back to you.
