Inspired By Nature

My journey with jewelry designing started when I fell in love with crystals. I just desired to carry those natural beauties with me all the time. I made my first necklace, a pair of earrings and learned different techniques of jewelry making, like wire wrapping and stamping. My large collection of crystals started to turn into jewelry.

I prefer imperfect natural stones in their untreated form. Just like nature created them! In my gemstone jewelry shop you will find amethyst, lapis lazuli, tourmaline, tiger's eye, peridot, carnelian, pyrite, agate, rock quartz and many more. I so love druzy ! I combine natural stones with gold, silver and brass.
I can customize my jewelry to your taste or make something especially for you, so do not hesitate to contact me for a custom order!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Returns and exchange details
Returns of regular items (not custom made or personalized) are accepted within 21 days of receiving products. Items must be unused and in original condition and in original packaging. Please contact me to let me know that you need to make a return.
Customers pay all shipping fees (shipping fee is not refundable).
Returns should be carefully packaged and sent with Delivery Confirmation / tracking.

I do not accept returns of custom made or personalized items.

Please let me know if you did not receive your order:
- USA orders - within 15 days from the date of shipment
- international orders - within 50 days from the date of shipment.
No refunds if report of undelivered items is after above times.

If your items arrived damaged you need to contact me within 3 days of receiving products.

I want my customers to be fully satisfied. If there is any problem with your order, please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback and I will try my best to resolve it.

Processing times may be different for different items.

I ship orders via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
Overnight shipping may be available upon request - just contact me and i will update the listing price.
If you need your item fast, please let me know and I will do my best.
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. If you prefer a different shipping method, please let me know.

If you choose gift wrapping service at checkout, your item will be packaged in a gift box wrapped with ribbon. I will include your gift message (if you provide one) in a pretty folded note card.
If you don't choose gift wrapping service at checkout, your item with arrive either in a clear bag or in a gift box without a ribbon, depending on item.

I cannot guarantee that any package will be delivered by any specific date. The USPS dates are only guidelines. If you need your item fast, please ask for a shipping upgrade.

Please note, that a total shipping cost includes a postage cost, packaging costs, handling costs and insurance (in some cases).

If an addressee does not accept / pick up a package and an order is shipped back to me, a buyer covers repeat shipping costs.

Please let me know if there is any problem with your order and I will do my best to solve it.
If your items arrived damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving products.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, please also note:

Import duties, taxes or other charges are NOT included in the price of the product or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and depend on each country's customs and tax law. You should check with your country’s customs office to determine these additional costs prior to buying.
I do NOT under-value products or claim ‘gift’ on custom forms.
International orders usually take 10-14 days to arrive, unless they are delayed by a customs office.

UK customers:
If your purchase exceeds the limit for tax free import, you will be charged VAT as well as a Royal Mail fee upon delivery of the package. These additional fees are NOT postage fees and cannot be pre-paid by me. They are buyers responsibilitiy.

Items may appear larger in the photos to show details. Please check dimensions carefully.
All monitors display colors a little differently. The actual color of your item may vary a bit from what you see on your screen. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of an item, please contact me.
Regarding hand stamped items - character spacing, letter alignment and stamping depth will vary.
Items are described to the best of my knowledge. I do not try to mislead customers or misrepresent my items. If any error occurs in a description, it is not intentional.

Cleaning instructions:
- All sterling silver, gold filled and copper items can be gently polished with a jewelry polishing cloth.
- If you ordered a jewelry piece that is hand stamped in black / oxidized, I advise cleaning it with a polishing cloth. I do not recommend liquid chemical cleaning solutions as they will remove the oxidation.
- Bright sterling silver items (not oxidized) can be cleaned with liquid sterling silver jewelry cleaners.
- Stone parts shouldn't be cleaned with chemical cleaners.

Please be careful with your jewelry / accessories as some parts may be fragile.
Please keep in mind that my items are made of natural, often irregular shape stones, metals, and other materials that may be rough and sharp and may scratch your skin. Please handle properly.
My products are not intended for children, toddlers or babies.
Keep out of reach of children.
