I value every purchase and do my best to honor all shipping requests and make sure your items are delivered accurately, safely, and as quickly as possible. Please understand that I make every jewelry piece by hand and it takes an average of 2-3 business days from the time of purchase to make and have your order ready to ship. If you need an item quickly, please send me a message on Etsy and I will let you know if I’m able to accomodate an express make-and-ship. I process orders Monday-Friday 9am-4pm in the order they are received, I do a post office drop every weekday at 4:30 pm, excluding national holidays. U.S Shipping: I primarily ship through USPS, First Class packages typically take 3 days to be delivered. Priority and Priority Express will take 1-2 days. Items ordered on Friday after 4pm, as well as on Saturday and Sunday, will begin processing the following Monday. Shipping problems are inevitable and I do everything I can to help every customer who has an issue, but please note that once I ship a package it’s out of my hands and I can not offer a refund for a lost package, or a package marked as delivered to the wrong address.

International Shipping: If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped.

I want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase! If you find that you are not happy with the fit of the bracelet/necklace you ordered, or you want to exchange it for another reason, you can send it back to me for an exchange or resizing, free of charge. If you experience a problem with your order for another reason, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. Message me within 7 days after you receive your jewelry with the nature of your problem and in nearly all cases I will offer a refund, repair, or a replacement. Unless otherwise specified in the item description, I use only natural and undyed crystals in all my jewelry designs. I work with very reputable suppliers to ensure that all the crystals I use are genuine, natural stones mined from the earth. I know how difficult it can be to trust online vendors when shopping for genuine crystals and other energy related products (trust me, I've been there), which is why I work hard to ensure that everything I put my brand on is the REAL DEAL. In some cases the crystals I use are treated/coated to enhance their appearance or properties (such as gold hematite and aura quartz). This detail is ALWAYS specified in the item description. Common crystal treatments such as tumbling and shaping are not noted.

Due to the delicate nature of handmade jewelry, it is strongly recommended that you avoid exposure of your jewelry to water when swimming or showering, along with avoiding contact with chemicals/oils such as when applying perfume or lotion to the skin. It is best to remove your jewelry when engaging in physical activities or working out to avoid contact with sweat, and storing your jewelry in a box or sealed bag with help to keep the jewelry in like new condition and avoid tangling/breaking.

When ordering a chain bracelet you have the option to select length, which is measured in inches from end to end of bracelet (including clasp/ring). Measure your wrist by wrapping a flexible measuring tape around your wrist, or by wrapping a string around your wrist and then laying that flat against a ruler. After determining your exact wrist measurement, add a 1/2" to 1" to that number depending on how tight you like your bracelets to fit (the more you add to your measured wrist size, the looser your bracelet will fit). This final measurement is the bracelet length you should order. If you find that your desired length is not listed, just send me a convo through Etsy and I'd be happy to make a custom length for you, no extra charge!

When ordering a stretch bracelet you have the option to select extra small (6-6.5" wrist), small (6.5-7" wrist), medium (7-7.5" wrist), or large (7.5" wrist or more). The design of the stretch bracelets is much more forgiving than the chain bracelets so the size chart is more broad. Just choose the range in which your wrist size falls and you'll be golden. If you aren't sure which size would be best, just send me a convo through Etsy and I would be happy to make a custom size for you - no extra charge!

Crystals are powerful absorbers and emitters of energy. It’s important to cleanse your crystals often, especially when you receive one new to remove any negative energy it may have picked up before it came into your possession. While water is often used to cleanse crystals, it is best to avoid moisture when cleansing crystals that are part of a crystal jewelry piece to protect the chain, clasp and other components of the jewelry. It is best to use natural light or the cleansing smoke of a sage or palo santo smudge stick. To use light, simply place your crystal jewelry in the direct light of the sun or moon for a few hours. Crystals are sensitive and receptive to energy, they need to be dedicated to the purpose for which you wish to use them if you really want to bring their metaphysical properties to life. After the crystal has been cleansed and energized, it is ready to program. Hold your crystal/crystal jewelry piece in your hand. Spend some time looking into the unique qualities of your stone or crystal - which are unlike any other in the world. As you do, consider the purpose for which you wish to use it- be specific. Describe the changes you want to see, and contemplate which areas of your mind you want to change, enhance, or understand. When you have formulated your program, attune to the crystal.
