Returns and exchanges
Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase, but please choose carefully.
Let us know, within 7 days of receipt of your order, if you have concerns regarding your purchase.
We do not refund the shipping charges for returns.

Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, credit card payments through Etsy, money order, personal check, or cashier's check. Personal checks will require extra time to clear the bank before the item will be shipped. PayPal is the recommended form of payment because it's quick and easy. If we don't receive payment, or hear from you regarding the delay, within 10 days of purchase the order will be cancelled. Sales tax will be added where applicable.
Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within ten business days upon receipt of payment. Most orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Large pieces may require special arrangements, in which case it will be specified in the item description. When making your purchase please make sure your Etsy address is correct because we will be sending your order to that address unless you specify otherwise.
