    Returns and exchanges
    All items listed and sold are photographed genuinely and honestly. All product information is thoroughly detailed in both the item description and multiple photographs. Information provided includes dimensions, materials and more.

    Because items are clearly outlined, refunds will only be applicable in the case of shipping fault/damage. If an item is lost, or damaged in transit to the buyer, I will do my best to resolve the problems and come to an agreement with all parties involved, including the shipper, Canada Post.

    If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, the buyer will be refunded the full amount minus the 3.2% transaction fee charge from PayPal and the 20 cent re-listing fee from Etsy.

    It is of up most importance that NMF's customers are happy and satisfied with all products and services. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to send a conversation or an e-mail to naturesmyfriend [!at] gmail.com so that we can resolve any problems.
    Payment
    Etsy Direct Checkout or Pay Pal (which also processes credit cards)

    If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, the buyer will be refunded the full amount minus the 3.2% transaction fee charge from PayPal and the $0.20 etsy listing fee for each returned item.

    Orders with payments made via Etsy Direct Checkout or Pay Pal using a credit card or online pay pal balance will be processed immediately.

    Orders with payments made via Pay Pal using a linked bank account will be processed after the e-check clears (Pay Pal estimates 3-5 business days).
    Shipping
    Orders are packaged and processed within 3-5 business days.

    All parcels and lettermail are shipped via Canada Post to the address provided by the buyer in the Etsy or PayPal checkout. Shipping costs are evaluated by weight, size & destination, postage is calculated according to the shipping rates of Canada Post and the cost of protective packaging is included.

    Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. The timeline of parcel and letter delivery is determined by Canada Post's mailing guarantees which can be found on their website: www.canadapost.com
