Frequently asked questions
I need my order quickly...should I choose Priority Shipping?
Please remember, choosing Priority Shipping does not mean your item with ship any faster from my studio. In particular custom orders like sand jewelry. These items take the same amount of time to make no matter which shipping option is selected. Choosing Priority Shipping affects the time the package leaves my hands, enters the hands of Postal Service, and how much time they take to deliver your package.
Do you sell internationally?
Yes.
Please be aware that you are responsible for any fees incurred by YOUR country (customs fees, VAT, postal fees, etc.). Those charges are out of my control; and are your responsibility to know what they are before you purchase from our shop. By purchasing from our shop you agree to pay any fees incurred by your country.
How much sand should I send if I am having a custom piece made?
I ask that you send a minimum of two tablespoons of sand per piece. More is always welcome and appreciated.
When will my order ship?
If you are concerned about when your order will arrive, please check the shipping data on your listing prior to purchase. Many pieces are made and ready to ship, but others like sand jewelry are custom pieces are made at the time you order.
Returns on Sand Jewelry
Each piece of sand jewelry is made at the time of your order. I have over 110 locations and over 20 styles so it would be impossible for me to keep all the possibilities in stock. Therefore, sand jewelry orders are considered Custom Jewelry. Returns can be made by contacting me within 3 days of receiving your order and my returning it to me within 7 days of receiving your piece. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee.
