All orders will be packaged with care and shipped via First Class Mail.

If you need faster shipping please contact me directly before placing your order so that I can accommodate your needs.

Please make sure the address provided is correct. I will always send items to the address provided by Etsy (not PayPal). I cannot be held responsible for mail delays or orders lost due to undeliverable addresses.

I cannot be responsible once a package has shipped, including lost packages or delays due to errors made by the USPS. If your package has not arrived pleased contact me and I will help do my best to ensure that you receive your order.

During warmer months products are at risk of melting during transport. Make sure not to leave these packages in your mailbox for too long.

Your satisfaction is my #1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received please contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will be more than happy to issue a store credit for the full cost of the product. Refunds for shipping will not be issued.

Please be sure to read the list of ingredients for each product before purchasing. Nature Your Beauty products contain natural ingredients that may adversely affect those with allergies including but not limited to individuals with nut allergies. NYB's products also contain essential oils and as with any products that contain essential oils, individuals should consult a physician prior to use, particularly if pregnant or nursing.

These all natural products contain natural oils and butters that may cause bath or shower surfaces to become slippery, so please use caution and be careful.

As with all beauty products, I recommend doing a patch test on a small area of skin to check for skin sensitivity before using any of NYB's products.

As I only use natural preservatives, these products should be stored in a cool, dark place. In addition, I recommend using all products within 6 months of purchase. Storing products in the refrigerator can increase shelf life.
