It is important to me that you enjoy using my work.
    I do all my best to pack your item very carefully, but if the piece arrived damaged, I will refund your money (excepting shipping) or replace the item.
    If for any reason you receive something that you are not happy with, please contact me within a week of delivery. I will be happy to exchange an item for another one or provide a refund once it is returned to me unused, or even make you a new one (I need to ask you to cover costs of shipping of the piece back to me)

    I will ship using the address details provided through PayPal - please let me know when you place your order if you would like your item delivered to a different address.
    All orders ship from RUSSIA via Russian Post and usually take 15-21 business days (or up to 6 weeks).
    International buyers - please note that possible customs handling will add days sometimes weeks to delivery. Seller declare the parcel as gift with low value.
