If you are interested to buy something but you don't have the money at that moment, I can RESERVE the item for you for a few days with no extra cost and without a deposit. Just convo me for information.

All items are carefully packaged and shipped within 24-72 hours after the Paypal confirmation of payment, it depends if the piece is or not in stock. Your order will be shipped to your Etsy address. If you prefer another address you only have to tell me. Shipping in Spain or in Europe it takes 4 days, but to USA or Asia it can take 10 or more days. Please be patience because sometimes the package can suffer some delay.

All my items are shipped by registered mail*, a safety way to arrive to your destination. You will receive by an Etsy convo a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

*Mail with proof of delivery through recipient's or authorised person's signature. In case your mail is not received by the recipient, a note is left at your address informing you can pick up your mail at a Post Office.

Note that the ring size can vary from summer to winter (in summer we normally have swollen fingers because it’s hot) and can vary too if the ring is width or strait. Take care of it before any purchase.

To clean a piece, you can use a soft toothbrush to wash the piece with mild dish soap and warm water. If you need more instructions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
