FONTS
If you love a card or invite, but see a font on another card you like better, I can absolutley change it for you. Just enter in with your personalization, or send me a message with your request.
PROOFS

Requested proofs will be sent via Etsy messages the next business day. PLEASE check your messages to approve your proof and confirm your shipping address. Proofs awaiting approval will cause delays with printing and shipping! Orders will be canceled if proofs are not approved after multiple attempts.
Please use a valid email address that you check regularly. If I have a question and can't get in touch with you, your order will be canceled. Orders without proofs will be copied/pasted exactly as entered and formatted the same as the sample.
CUSTOM WORK | PERSONALIZATION
All of my illustrations can be used on any of my products, so please message me and I'll do it for you. Currently, I am not doing any custom illustrations.
All text is customizable and can say whatever you'd like. Just enter it in the personalization box. Some colors can be customized, but please message me first!
DISCOUNTS
Discounted pricing is figured into most listing prices. Sets originally over $50 are discounted at 5% off, over $100 at 10% off, and over $200 at 15% off.

FOLDED OR FLAT
Most of my notes can be flat or folded. Please message me and let me know what you want and I'll create the sample and listing for you if I don't already have one.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING
I found the best and most economical way to get your order to you is via USPS Mail. Nay's Notes items are wrapped in clear cello sleeves. Then they are wrapped in kraft paper, bubble wrap, and placed in bubble mailers or Priority Mail boxes. All my items are packaged with love and care in my workshop.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you notice your shipping address is wrong, contact me ASAP! I have no way of knowing it's incorrect and the label prints exactly what is on your account. I can edit the address before I print the label if you send me the correct address, but please confirm your address during check out.
