Errors:
In the event that we make an error, we will promptly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs. Please carefully inspect all products, botanicals and ingredients upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 72 hours of arrival.

Returns:
To ensure the purity of our natural ingredients, we aren't able to accept returns unless we had made an error (see above).

We only accept PayPal for Etsy transactions. Payment must be made within 7 business days of your order being placed or it will be subject to cancellation.

All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail to the shipping specified in the Etsy order. Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days of payment. USPS Priority Mail takes between 1 - 3 days to reach most locations in the continental United States. Tracking numbers will be provided upon request. Please convo us if you'd like a tracking number.

Alaska & Hawaii Residents: Due to increased shipping rates, orders from Alaska & Hawaii will incur an additional fee of $2.50. After submitting your order, please do not make your payment immediately. Instead, please wait for us to send you an adjusted invoice that includes adjusted shipping.

Connecticut Residents:
We must charge sales tax to shipments going to CT. After submitting your order, please wait for us to send you an adjusted invoice that includes sales tax.

Out of Stock Items:
Sometimes a product is available at the time you place your order, but then becomes Out of Stock by the time your order is fulfilled. In these rare instances, your Paypal payment may have already been made. If the item is not expected to arrive within a short period of time, we will automatically refund your payment for the item. If the item is expected to arrive soon, we'll contact you to see if you'd like to keep your order on hold for the arrival of your item.

Use of Our Ingredients:
While many of our ingredients are food grade, we DO NOT sell our ingredients for consumption or for use in food products.
