You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account
- All processing times can be found on the listing. Once the item is posted and you wish to cancel, please take in the delivery of the item and contact me to arrange for the item to be returned to me. You will need to meet this expense.
Shipping
- The shipping cost listed includes not only the cost of postage, but also the cost of any packaging materials. Purchases are sent without tracking as standard. I aim to ship 1st class within the UK, your parcel will be sent 2nd class in some cases. For example - size of box required to ship your items safely!
- Please ensure your address details are correct when making the purchase, the address i am given is where i will send your item. Let me know if its an alternative address.
- I take lost and/or stolen mail seriously, therefore if a parcel doesn't arrive, I put in a claim with Royal Mail. This will involve me filling out some paperwork to show when it was posted, where the package was being sent and the value. Royal Mail will investigate and if shipped internationally, they will contact the Postal Service within your country also. This will take up to 90 days for Royal Mail to investigate and then will come back to me with a conclusion.
- Shipping upgrades are offered for UK, EU and world wide buyers. This service is an additional cost to the Shipping price that you paid in the listing. This provides a signature upon delivery - therefore you will need to be available to receive the parcel at the address you have provided. Your item will not arrive any quicker and this is not a faster way to deliver your item. This is a cost in additional to your shipping cost from your listing but provides both with a service that your item has been signed for and delivered.

- Felt colours: I try very hard to accurately represent the felt colour through photographs and description. There will be some colour variations between batches. Also some people don't realise that the colour of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another.
- Returns: no refunds or replacements will be offered after 50 days from purchase.
- Custom charges: Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.
- Messages: Please contact me in the first instance if you have any question about an item or your purchase. Please can I ask that all convo's/messages are friendly and respectful, I will report any instance of bullying or harassment by following Etsy reporting procedures. By working together I am sure we can resolve an issue.
- NCFeltSupplies is not liable for what you do with the felt or items purchased from the store and who you sell your items to. We are not responsible for any imperfections, damage, or casualties that result from the use of our felt. Purchase of our items means that you are in agreement with our terms and conditions

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping from the UK applies to all parcels. Estimated delivery times are shown below:

Processing times
Ready to ship items are usually dispatched in 3 working days, this includes felt sheets, felt balls, ribbon, haberdashery etc.
Die cut felt shapes are usually dispacthed in 4-6 working days.
Processing times are subject to change due to size of your order and current orders to process.
Can I get this felt shape in a different size?
The size of the felt shape is provided in the listing description. In most cases there is no alternative size available. I use metal dies and these cannot be changed. In some cases I can source alternative dies, a fee applies for this service.
Can I have my tracking number for my order?
Parcels are sent standard service from the UK with no tracking. There is an upgrade option for you at check out if you would like your parcel to be tracked. This does not process your order quicker and it is not an express service. Tracking is not a standard service in the UK.
