Back in 2006, as a self-employed graphic designer, I decided to follow my heart's desire by creating and selling modern and minimal jewelry.

By 2008, embroidered wall decor pieces (which I call Wall Wear) were added to the mix, and that propelled Nea into a full-time venture! :)

Now 12 years into it, I feel as tho I am still evolving: being on a forever challenge to define my style, upgrade my vision, create anew, and mostly, to keep moving forward in creating new and interesting pieces which inspire crushes; crushes for your everyday life.

Oh, I know that I am not changing the world. But I believe that sometimes, treating oneself (or another) with a handmade item, which was made with love and passion and care, can help us reaffirm powerful and confident feelings -- and then, who knows what else could happen after that! ;)

If an item is damaged during shipping, please let me know! This process absolutely requires a picture of the broken item, as it represents proof for me.

If you insist on a return (including for EU residents), please note the following: contact me first, so we can arrange everything. Contact me within 14 days of reception of your order if you decide to return it. Items must be unworn and unused and in perfect condition for resale. They must be shipped back safely in the original packaging. The original shipping fee will not be refunded***. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer. Any customs fee incurred from the return of the item will also not be refunded (a proof of the amount and payment of fees will be given to you, of course). Please use USPS, CanadaPost or your local national postal service ONLY. If you decide to use any other mail service (FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canpar, etc.), which sends me unknown customs fees by mail 1 to 2 months later, we will have to wait until I receive this invoice before proceeding to the refund of the amount that's leftover.

*** There will be a restocking fee for United States returns. This fee will be deducted from the item price before the refund:

Items will be shipped your way within 0 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS following your purchase, unless otherwise stated in the item listing shipping information.

I will use the address you provided to Etsy. If you notice that the address is wrong, please contact me immediately. I usually ship really quickly. I am not responsible for address errors, since there is no way for me to guess this. There is no way for me to re-route packages. All fees incurred because of this situation is the buyer's responsibility, because, again, I have no way of knowing that the address provided is not the right one.

I use CanadaPost Regular Mail services only. There are no tracking numbers available at those low prices (except for PERCH Jewelry Holders, which includes tracking in Canada and the US). If you absolutely want a tracking number, please contact me for a quote (with your postal code for within Canada, or your State for the US, or your Country for the rest of the World).

Once shipped, here are possible reception delays, according to CanadaPost:
- Quebec: up to a week, usually one week.
- Canada: up to 3 weeks. (West Coast, up to 8 weeks)
- US: up to 3 weeks.
- International: between 3 to 8 weeks.

Please understand that I am not responsible for transit delays, and that once the package is shipped and out of my hands, I cannot do anything about all of this. I wish I had power over mail services (haha!) ;) but I really don't.

I am also not responsible for any delays of postal service workers strikes or are on lockout. In the event of this, we both can only be patient and wait for the situation to be resolved and for the package to continue it's way normally.

Shipping fees include postage, bubble envelope, safe packaging materials, etc.

Once you purchase, you agree to the shipping fees, as well as the secondary shipping fees (aka "shipped with another item").

Possible customs charges are your responsibility.

Je ne suis aussi évidemment pas responsable de délais liés à des grèves ou lockouts de travailleurs de poste. Si un tel évènement se produit, la seule solution est d'être patient, autant vous que moi, et d'attendre que le conflit soit résolu afin que le paquet puisse continuer son chemin normalement à sa destination finale.

Les frais de livraison comprennent le coût de poste, l'enveloppe à bulles, le matériaux d'emballage pour tout arrive intacte, etc.
