Unfortunately I do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind, but if there is a defect in your item, please let me know. I am a very fussy sewer and like to ensure that every item which leaves my shop is top quality.

Paypal is preferred.

Shipping

I always use the cheapest postage option so if you'd prefer registered mail or trackable post packs please contact me before you purchase your item.

When posting multiple items, I will pack together whenever possible. If the postage you pay is more than $1 over what it costs me I will refund the excess.

I am happy to post to a third party but please let me know at the time of purchase.

If you live in Perth, you are very welcome to pick up direct from my home.

Additional policies and FAQs

Please be aware that some countries charge a customs fee when you collect your parcel. Neddynibbles is not liable to pay this fee as it is a charge out of my control.

I ship purchases within 1-3 days from when I receive your order. Once it leaves my hands I have no control over the delivery timeframe. Please be patient if it takes longer than you expect as it may have to travel a long way, go through customs or get held up at various ports along its journey.
