This Privacy Policy describes how and when nedosy ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item from our shop, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as:
- Your name, email address, postal address, payment information (processed securely through Etsy), and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

2. Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

- Production & Delivery Partners: We engage trusted third-party fulfillment partners (including certified print facilities via the Printify network) and shipping carriers to produce and deliver your orders. We share your name, shipping address, and phone number (if provided) solely to the extent necessary for them to perform these services.
- Compliance with laws: We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms, and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers or others.

4. Data Retention
