Welcome to LolaBear's Needlework Attic.

(Named for my black lab Lolita - who looked like a fuzzy little bear cub when she was a puppy)

Wonderful packages of embroidery, needlepoint, cross stitch, crewel, sewing are tucked away under the eaves.

Yardage - skeins - kits - factory spools - zippers - screen prints - upholstery tapestries - wool and printed burlap for rughooking - lace - trims - books - instruction pamphlets - patterns

Tools and implements - like embroidery hoops - sewing machine attachments and parts - needles and notions - frames

Cast offs and unfinished vintage projects of past decades from grammas and aunts and friends

Factory overruns from now-closed 1970 clothing and lamp-shade factories

Among my needlework passions are:
embroidery - including needlepoint, crewel, stumpwork, redwork, cross-stitch
"Primitive" rughooking
Fiber dying
and anything else with a needle or hook and fiber

As a result of my greed, unrealistic thinking and lack of discipline - I've amassed an incredibly ridiculous amount of needlework supplies.
absorbed stashes and supplies from tidier friends and relatives.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
We do our best to describe and photograph our items as accurately as possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us.

Keep in mind that the items sold here are OLD. Many of these needlework supplies and kits have been living in the attic in boxes or stored in closets for years.

Also - I can't say no to any relative or friend that offers to hand over their own stash of fiber, books, supplies, factory overruns - so a few of the listings aren't from my personal stash.

I make every effort to state the condition, age, source and completeness of each item.

When applicable - there is a picture of flaws, marks and other age-related "boo-boos" and "oh-ohs".

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance and I'll always try to answer any question or concerns honestly.

But PLEASE read the description completely -
I don't offer refunds.
