Our History
Need Nalia? was founded by the late, Takeya E. Taylor. The business started as a Sorority/Fraternity Wood work business. After her passing in 2014, her family decided to keep her memory and dream alive. Her sister is now the owner/operator of Need Nalia? and has expanded the business to include apparel, glassware, and other novelty items.

Care instructions
We recommend that all glassware, mugs, & cups be Hand Washed.
We recommend that clothing be washed inside out with like colors on cold.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do offer Gift Wrapping. There is a $10.00 additional fee for gift wrapping.
Rush Orders
We do offer expedited processing/shipping. There is a $15.00 Rush Order fee for orders that are needed before the 5-7 business day processing and First Class or Priority Shipping (depending on the weight of your order).

Shipping
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days and then shipped using First Class OR Priority mail, depending on the weight of your items, via the USPS.
Can you make items for ANY Sorority/Fraternity?
Yes, items in our shop can be customized to ANY sorority and/or fraternity.

Our hours of Operation/business days are Sunday & Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday: 10am to 6pm EST
Wednesday: 10am to 5pm EST
Thursday: 10am to 6pm EST
Friday: 10am to 5pm EST
Saturday: 10am to 3pm EST
Need Nalia? observes ALL National Holidays and Observances and will be CLOSED on these days.
Orders are processed in 3-7 business days in accordance to these business hours, with exception of Saturday. No shipping will be done Saturdays.
