Payment
As most of my items are custom made, I cannot begin working on your order until payment is received. Please pay for your order as soon as possible. I try to ship all items out within a week, unless otherwise specified, and a delay in payment may result in delayed shipping. If payment is not received within a week's time, your order will be cancelled.

If you know you need to cancel an order before a week transpires, please contact me.
Shipping
I ship all items Priority Mail, which means you should receive them within 2-3 days of the ship date. If you need to receive your order more quickly, please contact me. I can ship items more quickly for an extra charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
I cannot accept returns or exchanges, as most of my items are custom made and personalized.
