Aymi and Laurel are the duo behind nefaeria, and we thank you for stopping by our shop and taking the time to read about our policies.

Since we are in different cities within Canada, (Aymi is in Vancouver, British Columbia & Laurel is in North Bay, Ontario), we like to make sure it is clear in each listing who the artist/poster is. If you have a question or an interest in a listing and want to speak with the artist/poster, please address your private messages or emails to the creator of the listing in your topic heading.

We like to use the least amount of packaging as possible, while still making sure your item arrives safely and undamaged. When appropriate, we will use recycled packaging for things such as shipping our wares.

In the profile of each listing there may be additional policy for that particular item (for example: not being able to ship certain herbs to certain States in the U.S. due the banning of those herbs).

Returns and exchanges
We are not held responsible for items that have been lost in the mail or damage in the mail if you decide not to insure your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with an item upon receiving it, please contact us right away so we can come up with a beneficial arrangement for both parties.
We accept payment via paypal and money order. If paying by money order, please contact the artist/poster of the listing for further arrangements.

In the event that cancellation needs to be made, please do so within 24hrs of purchase. No cancellations will be accepted after.
We try to ship within 2 business days after receiving payment.

Shipping Address:

Unless requested, we will automatically ship to the address you have provided on Etsy.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping estimates can be found in each listing, which are for Canada and the U.S only. International shipping rates, please contact the poster.

Since we are left to estimate shipping costs, it is only natural that there may be some inconsistencies. If the actual shipping cost ends up costing less, we would be happy to refund the difference. If it ends up costing more, then of course it is our loss.

If you want to have insurance and/or tracking on your package, please notify the poster of the item before purchase, so she can adjust the shipping cost.

Shipping in Canada:

We ship through Canada Post, so if you prefer another shipping option, please notify the listing poster.

Shipping in the United States:

We ship through Canada Post, so if you prefer another shipping option, please notify the listing poster.

Shipping Internationally:

We do ship internationally, so if you are not in Canada or the United States, please contact the poster to get a shipping estimate and to make any shipping requests.
Additional policies and FAQs
If there is an item you would like to put on hold or reserve, we would gladly do so for up, for up to 1 week.

Most of the items that we make are one of a kind, but welcome wholesale inquiries. Custom and Alchemy requests are welcomed as well.
