neikodesigns' Shop Policies

Welcome

Neiko can proudly say that all our products are made in the U.S.A. Every bag is handmade by a very small team here in our work studio. We do it all from designing, prototyping, sewing, modeling, branding, packaging, and more. We love what we do. Neiko does not mass produce its products, so it will take about 1-2 weeks for the item to be made and shipped.

Shipping

SHIPPING - DOMESTIC
Most items are shipped via UPS Ground, which includes tracking and will be emailed to you.

If you prefer your item(s) to be shipped via USPS instead, please contact us.

For RUSH delivery, please contact us as there will be an additional charge.

Items are automatically insured for the first $100. If you would like to add additional insurance, please contact us and we will send you an invoice for the added cost.

We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL
We ship international orders via USPS Priority Mail International, which includes tracking and will be emailed to you.

Please note, Neiko Designs is not responsible for any import duty and taxes you may incur. To obtain more information on the general cost of import duty rates and taxes, we recommend you contact your Customs Duty Office.

We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are NO REFUNDS as items are made based on receipt of orders. Only Merchandise Credit or Exchanges are permitted. Merchandise credit or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with original receipt and packaging. Cost of shipping and handling is not refundable. We suggest you insure the full cost of the merchandise you are returning as we are not responsible for lost or stolen item(s).

All custom orders or any item(s) with any type of customization(s) are final sales.

All clearance sales are final, no credit or exchanges.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect merchandise(s) for damage immediately upon delivery. Damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt in order for us to process your claim for a replacement, merchandise credit or an exchange. To report damaged merchandise(s) please email us at info [!at] neiko.com.

TAXES
New York State residents will automatically be charged a 8.875% sales tax.

International customers are responsible for any/all import duty, taxes, and customs fees that may be incurred.
