Are hearts customized to my state/city?
Yes, all heart stamps are customized to each piece. Please leave us an order note in the white box at checkout, with city or state locations.
What if I forget to add an order note to customize?
Take your time ordering, making sure to add a note in the blank box at checkout and double checking the shipping address. Otherwise, send a quick convo including your full order name. We can change a shipping address or put the custom heart locations in the note for you.
When will I receive my order?
Turn around time changes depending on the time of year. Please click on the Current Production Time link in each listing to find out our current turn around time. No items are "ready-to-ship", but production time is usually no longer than 1 week. It's up to the customer to calculate our production time and their selected method of shipping to determine if their package will arrive in time.
My country is not on the list. Can you make it for me?
If your country is not listed, we do not currently offer it. Please check back again soon as we are always adding new countries to the list.
Unclear notes
Leaving unclear notes will cause delay. Remember to double check you typed us an order note in the white box at checkout. We will need your city locations for state and country shaped keychains. If locations and custom phrases are not left, we reserve the right to centralize the hearts and not stamp a custom message.
What is hand stamping?
Hand stamping is a metalwork technique called "chasing". Each letter is individually stamped into the metal with a steel die, a hammer, and my own hand/eye coordination. Each made-to-order item will have variances in texture, placement, depth of stamping/darkening since each letter is stamped one at a time onto your piece. Your items will truly be unique! Handmade is intended to look handmade. =)
Do you stamp the backs of the keychains?
Sometimes, marking or indentation can be visible on the back of the piece created by the movement of the metal. For this reason, we do not stamp the backs of any of our aluminum pieces due to the soft nature of that metal. We do stamp the backs of the steel pieces, however as stated above, sometimes tiny marks can be visible in certain lighting on the opposite side even on steel.
