Processing times vary depending on the item. You can generally expect a proof within 1-2 business days after you provide the information for the artwork, however please allow 3-5 business days during busy periods.

If you need your item sooner there is an expedited service available please enquire for further information!

RE-DELIVERY CHARGE: Where the item is undelivered or returned to us at the fault of the buyer, including but not limited to: incorrect address or failure to provide the correct address instructions, a re-delivery charge of the original delivery amount will be required before re-shipping.

Rare music transcriptions - If there are any delays with your music transcription we will endeavour to inform you upfront!

Please note that delays to the overall processing and shipping times may occur if the buyer doesn’t respond promptly, or where the buyer requests amendments to the artwork, or where rare music transcriptions are required. This may affect the above stated times. In the event of amendment alterations, the shipment date will automatically move back. This is a default adjustment and does not always mean that there will be a delay! The buyer acknowledges that the ship by date is variable based on the above circumstances.

There are no mandatory additional costs! We will inform you of any optional additional costs or recommendations.

If the song is not well known there may be an additional cost for the music to be transcribed, usually for sizes below 24x30. Please feel free to check with us before order!

There may be an additional cost for shortening of music transcriptions at your request outside of the scope of the normal work. We will be as reasonable as possible by letting you know if this is the case before proceeding!

While every effort is made to be flexible there may be a charge of £15 per additional proof if the buyer requests an unusually high number of amendments. We will inform you if this is the case so you are aware upfront!

Whilst every effort is made to accommodate requests, you can expect up to 2 proofs per art piece as standard. We will of course be as flexible as possible however the buyer acknowledges that additional proofs may result in a delay to the stated processing times! If this is the case the buyer acknowledges that the seller cannot be held responsible for the processing and shipping time changing!

The proof is designed to allow the buyer to check for minor amendments such as spelling and punctuation. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check for such errors to ensure the text is correct. Once printed the design of the canvas cannot be changed!
The proof is not designed for the buyer to request major amendments to the design or transcription. The customer accepts that all music transcriptions are unique and as such, we can't accomodate specific variations/instruments or clefs.
We will make every effort to amend the design if it is not to the buyers liking however the buyer understands that each piece of artwork is unique and consequently, disapproval of the proof does not constitute grounds for a full refund as this is the law.

Providing we haven't started on your artwork, we can cancel an order if you contact us within 2 hours of purchasing.

Please note in order to protect sellers of custom items, consumer law and etsy house rules clearly state refund and return rules do not extend to custom items and digital content. We don't take returns on custom items and digital content in line with consumer law simply because they can't be resold!

If an item arrives and is not as described, damaged or faulty please contact us asap. Simply provide photographs and will offer a reprint where the damage is brought to our attention within 5 days of delivery!

If a non-delivery occurs when a buyer places an order but does not receive the item, please contact us asap and we will investigate the tracking. Where an error is deemed to be the fault of the seller we will issue a reprint asap!

If an order lapses 3 months from the order date, a refund will not be given, however a store credit may be offered for the value of the item at the sellers discretion.

We don't offer refunds for items that are custom designed, in line with consumer law. We incur costs on custom items at digital design stage from 2 hours after purchase and accordingly, consumer law protects sellers of custom items and digital content from late cancellations and refunds. We don't offer refunds under buyers remorse!

Where the buyer requests a refund after the initial proof or refuses to approve the proof for print, we will offer two additional minor amendments to the proof. Where this resolution is ignored for two business days or rejected by the buyer, we will default to refunding the amount above the artwork completed to date, plus shipping. We will retain a reasonable fee of £40 per proof or 50% of the order value whichever is appropriate in relation to the work produced. We may additionally charge the cost of the music transcription where applicable. Where a partial refund is issued, this will immediately end the contract between buyer and seller and no artwork will be printed! The buyer agrees to abide by the above in the event of a dispute.
