The detail on the silver band is so expertly crafted- I personally love the way the hands gently cup the heart & their pretty cuffs, the crown is simple but elegant, & the stone is beautifully cut & shaped into a perfect heart. I love the wedding band that was designed specically for this claddagh ring also. It is plain so it doesn't distract from my beautiful claddagh & fits perfectly around the crown. Couldn't possibly be more pleased & it hasn't left my finger since it arrived! Thanks a million!

Sizing details
If your ring doesn't fit you, I will gladly resize it for you. Please contact me first for the proper return procedures and instructions. Do not return rings without contacting me first.
Please mention what standard of ring size your using: American, European ( Brazil ), British ( New Zealand and Australian ) or Japanese. I purchased tools and charts to create rings in any of these standards. Most jeweler can measure your ring size for you.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All my jewelry comes in a small gift box or pouch depending on the item you purchased.
If you require special gift wrapping or boxes, please contact me first for special arrangements.
Lost and damaged packages
If you package is got lost or damaged in the mail, I will file a claim through Canada post to get a refund from the insurances. All packages are sent with insurances. I only issue a refund once I went through the whole insurance claim through canada post and receive a confirmation your package was lost or damage through canada post. I do not issue a refund before then. The whole process takes on average 45 business days.
Shipping restrictions
I no longer ship to the following countries:
Italy, Greece, Ukraine, Russia, China, India, African countries except south Africa.

-You can upgrade shipping service at check-out if you require faster delivery or a tracking number if its not included already.

If you purchase Express post or Priority shipping, please leave your telephone number at check-out.
Customized items and returns:
We don't accept returns, exchanges and refunds on customized items:
- Custom creations.
- Rings made to your size.
- Customized jewelry with modifications.
- Jewelry with added engravings.
We do offer ring sizing if you purchased the wrong size, shipping at the customer's expense.

We also offer professional jewelry repair and restoration, please feel free to ask for a quote.
