100% customer satisfaction is very important to me. So if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know so that I may offer a refund or exchange. However after 7 days, all sales are final and items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note: for all returns & refunds, I keep a 5% restocking fee to offset the fees Etsy and PayPal charge on sales, along with any shipping fees. All returned item(s) must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item & returned in original condition. Once received, your refund via PayPal or store credit will be issued. If a mistake has been made on my end, I will replace your order free of charge, or if you prefer, offer a full refund. Please contact me prior to returning any items.

CUSTOM ORDERS or PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Due to their nature, these orders may not be returned.

Once your payment has been received, all items that are listed as IN STOCK will be shipped within 3-5 business days. CUSTOM ORDERS will be shipped within 10-14 business days. Your order will be sent via USPS 1st Class Mail. If you wish to have faster shipping, please contact me for pricing. I will also do combined shipping at a discounted rate.

The shipping fees in my shop reflect actual shipping costs, along with a small fee to help cover the shipping supplies necessary for your order.


SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES & APO/FPO
Your order will be shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail, and should take approximately 7-10 days to reach you (Hawaii, Alaska, & APO/FPO may take longer). Please understand that I will send your order as quickly as possible, however I cannot be responsible for any lack of performance on the postal service's behalf. If you prefer expedited shipping or insurance, please let me know prior to placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped via USPS 1st Class International Mail, and could take anywhere between 2-6 weeks to reach you. Please note, I am in no way responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, tariffs, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery. Additionally, please understand that I will send your order as quickly as possible, however I cannot be responsible for any lack of performance on the postal service's behalf. If you prefer expedited shipping or insurance, please let me know prior to placing your order.

All prints include a white border for easy framing & are printed on glossy Kodak Endura paper through a professional printing house. They will be slipped into a clear, resealable polyethylene sleeve with a backing board to ensure safe delivery. Also PLEASE NOTE, the dimensions shown in a {fine art photograph} listing is referring to the overall size of the print including the white border, not just the image itself. This is to ensure none of the original image is lost due to cropping. If you wish to order the print without a white border, please contact me prior to placing your order.

Additionally, because computer monitors display colors differently, the shades shown in my listings may vary slightly from the actual color you receive.

If your order is meant as a gift, I would be more than happy to include a personalized message to your recipient. All you need to do is specify how you would like your note to read in the "notes to seller" section during checkout.

Custom orders are welcome. If you see something you like, but would prefer a different size or amount, please don't hesitate to let me know!
