Hello, I reached out a couple of times via Etsy dm and email but never heard back. I mentioned in my DM I would like to offer a refund/replacement. I am not sure what the issue was with this order, but would like the opportunity to make it up to you as a buyer or at least discuss the feedback so that I can better improve my products and understand my buyer's needs. I apologize that you were not satisfied with your purchase, and if you could get back to me I'd gladly fix the issue. Thank you! - Zanah

Assistant, Customer Service
Ramesses is a 10yr old sphynx cat. Let's just put it this way; he's an overseer, involved in everything that is produced in this shop, except he isn't allowed to touch anything... He likes snack naps, eating, laying in the sun, eating, and more naps.

Frequently asked questions
♡Are these patches embroidered?
No, these are hand-cut glitter/holographic fabric and felt. They are one of a kind, made from vinyl/glitter/stiff professional felt, and not mass produced, they are sew on or glue on only.
♡Can I iron my patches on?
No, these are sew on.
♡Are the patches machine washable and dryer safe?
No. They are not. Do not machine wash or machine dry these patches.
**Over the past 10 years I have had people tell me they hand washed theirs and had no issues... but I do not recommend it personally, that is why most patches are made to be put on jean vests etc. However, if you must wash your vest or item, please use care and hand wash only with gentle detergents and air dry. Never put these patches in a machine dryer or under extreme heat as they use glue as a bonding agent and could melt etc.**
♡Do you do custom patches?
Yes I do! DM me here on Etsy.
Custom patches are priced differently due to production time and complexity of design.
♡How do I apply these patches?
On my Etsy shop about page there is a small video of application. I suggest a little fabric glue under the patch, then sew them on the felt border either with a sewing machine or by hand.
♡What are these patches made out of?
These patches are not made out of thread on a machine like traditional patches, these patches are not cross-stitch either.
These are completely hand made, hand cut pieces of vinyl and fabric-- adhered with industrial glue and sewing to a stiffened felt background, then hand trimmed.
Some of my patches are made with glitter fabric as well. These patches are technically considered "appliqués" to some, meaning they are a handmade/sewn design made to be applied on another clothing item. I have also had people call them "fabric art". But it's difficult to really understand until you see them in person. :)
