Returns and exchanges
Seller is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss in the mail. It is therefore the buyer's responsibility to purchase adequate insurance for the item(s). This is particularly important for overseas buyers.

All sales are final. If there is an extraneous circumstance such as damage in transit that the buyer wishes me to fix, I will do my best to assist but the buyer will have to pay all shipping fees.
Payment
I accept direct payment through Etsy as well as PayPal. If you require another payment method please message me and we will discuss. Shipment of goods will not occur until the full payment including any shipping and handling charges are confirmed and processed. Cancellation of orders may only be processed prior to shipment of your item(s).
Shipping
All items are shipped within 5 days after your payment is received via First Class or Priority Mail as appropriate with USPS, and will include delivery confirmation. You can follow your items on the web at USPS.com via the USPS Delivery Confirmation number provided. International first class shipments not tracked via USPS unless shipped via Global Express. Insurance will be added if purchased by the buyer only.
