Frequently asked questions
Will I receive my order by a certain date?
If you need your package by a certain date within a week's time, I highly recommend choosing Priority shipping at checkout. Standard shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive. I have no control over that and can't guarantee a delivery date. Keep in mind if you are ordering clothing/printed items that it takes a couple of business days to print before it ships.
Can you engrave an item?
No. I'm afraid I don't have the tools for any custom engraving.
Wrong shipping address.
Make sure you provide an accurate shipping address! I am not responsible for lost/undeliverable mail due to an error in the address provided. If an order is returned to me, the buyer is responsible to pay for the reshipment. If the buyer would rather cancel the order, I will refund the item price, minus shipping.
