Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of instantly downloaded digital files, we cannot offer refunds on those orders. What you see listed is what you will receive in your download.

Nerd Love Shop claims no responsibility for incorrect sizing choices. Each listing has a sizing chart provided and as such choosing the correct size is the responsibility of the customer. We do accept exchanges for different sizes at the cost of the customer.

Shipping
We ship to U.S. locations via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight. Your shirt will be shipped to the address provided by Etsy and/or PayPal--please verify your address before placing your order.

Standard Shipping -- Your custom item will be printed within 5-7 business days. Once it's shipped, your package--barring postal office issues--should arrive within 3-5 days.

Expedited Shipping -- Your custom item will be printed within 24-hours of when the order was placed. It will then be packaged and shipped Priority Mail for 1-3 day shipping.

Should you have any questions or requests concerning your order's shipment, please contact us!

With our digital items, there's no shipping to worry about because they're instantly delivered to you! That means you get your product as soon as you purchase! Which, may I say, is super awesome.
Additional policies and FAQs
All purchased digital files are for personal use only. Digital files are not for resale. The JPEG and PDF files are for your use only, please do not share, sell, or transfer them. That would be sad.

Variances in the computer/phone screen in which the file is viewed in conjunction with the printer or printing company being used may produce different colors printed than what you're seeing on screen. The variance should only be slight, but do take note of that as you go to print.

Sizing details

Due to everyone's body being different, we always recommend you measure an existing shirt and compare those measurements to our sizing chart before ordering!

Unfortunately our distributor does not carry a 5T option for our toddler shirts.

Custom and personalized orders

Currently we do not offer the option for our shirts to be personalized with a name, number, or any other text.

We do love creative ideas from our customers and are happy to consider them!

Wholesale availability

Due to the fact that each shirt is printed by hand, rather than silk screened, we do not offer bulk pricing. There is a discount on shipping when you buy multiple shirts, however!
