Frequently asked questions
Are your tags washer and dryer safe?
Yes!
Are your tags made with ink?
No! Ink is not used in the making of tags. These are laser engraved and cut.
Are your wood stitch markers sanded and sealed?
Yes! Each piece of wood is sanded and sealed THREE times before even entering the machine to create your product. The burn residue is then cleaned off with rubbing alcohol.
Can I resell your items?
No items from the shop can be purchased for the sole purpose of reselling. Of course, if you are using an item to enhance your own creation to sell (i.e. tags, patches, etc,) that is perfectly fine.
Do you take wholesale orders?
The listings in the shop aren't set up for wholesale orders, however I have taken them upon request. If you are interested in purchasing items wholesale for your shop, please feel free to reach out to me.
