    OMG!!! The quality of the shirt the fitting and everything was exactly as explained. It is unisex and the shirt fits great! I’m always hesitant with unisex shirts but the shirt fit SUPER CUTE!

    Don't buy from this seller. The earrings that I bought looked absolutely nothing like the picture. I was very unsatisfied with my purchase and let the seller know that I needed a refund, however the seller was very unaccomodating and did not try to fix their mistake of false advertisement. Waste of money.

Returns and exchanges
Here at NeshKay by Nesh Kalonji all merchandise are made with care and are fully inspected before shipping to out clients. Due to the limited nature of our items Nesh Kalonji does not refund or exchange any items bought from the online store, but if you have any major problems with your purchase please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item and we will try work something out.

Once packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for those packages. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages will not be our responsibility. Once your shipment is in possession of the United States Postal Service it is their responsibility to deliver your package in a timely manner. Once USPS confirms a delivery was made we are no longer responsible for refunds or replacements. If the post office confirms that the package was received, we cannot be held responsible for the "sticky finger neighbor". If you have a concern over this occurring, USPS offers insurance for purchases.
Payment
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Shipping
Here at Nesh Kalonji all items are CUSTOM MADE. All orders take up to 14 business days to process and ship (sometimes a little bit longer). Nesh Kalonji is a small independent brand with a high demand, and due to the high voulme of orders we receive daily, orders take time.
*BE CAUTIOUS WHEN ORDERING ITEMS FOR AN EVENT, BECAUSE WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL SHIP TO YOU BY THAT TIME*

All items are shipped within the USA via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail. Once your items have been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship at different times and will often arrive on different days. Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Orders placed before 10am (EST) begin processing within the same day. Orders placed after 10am (EST) begin processing on the next business day. (Eg: Order placed on Monday before 10am (EST) begins processing that day. Order placed after 10am (EST) on Monday begins processing on Tuesday.) Orders placed on Friday after 10am (EST) begin processing on Monday. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or after 10am (EST) on Friday will be processed on Monday.

If your order status is "Pending" or "Awaiting Fulfillment", we have received your order and we are preparing your product(s). If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Shipping times may vary due to the availibilty of merchandise.

*NOTE: BUSINESS DAYS are Monday - Friday. Weekends do not count as a business day.
Additional policies and FAQs
Insurance can be added to a package by special request and an additional fee which will be charged at that point. You must let us know if you want your package insured before placing your order! To insure your package contact us with your request. All goods are inspected, carefully packaged and in good condition when shipped. If your item(s) arrive damaged you should make a claim directly with USPS at www.usps.com. We pack our orders securely and carefully and pride ourselves in our customer service.

We will not be responsible for wrong addresses provided to our system. Even a missing apartment/unit number can cause your package to be returned as "undeliverable". Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you receive your order confirmation email and contact us right away if you notice a discrepency. Otherwise, you may not receive your order and it may return back to us. We will be happy to reship the order once the prior order is received and when the buyer pays for cost of reshipping. This is irregardless of method of shipping chosen.

NOTE: Our garments are HANDMADE, they are made with great care. Please treat them with respect.
