So I received this today and used a little. I have been fighting an achlies tendon issue and I'm so impressed I felt relief right away. I'll be buying more of this.

About

Harmonizing with Earth, Plant by Plant, Creature by Creature

Nettle Foot was pretty much alive before we even tried to make it be a "thing" with a name. We love making salves and crafting and making things that heal the Earth and our selves- generally and gently improving the quality of life for all, often just giving away what we made to anyone who seemed like they could use it and would appreciate it. Thus, it was only natural to take it to another level and Nettle Foot was born.

We're based in Pacific Northwestern Washington state, often traveling around to sustainably source the wildcrafted herbs we collect, making a sacred hoop of food collection as well. Nettles, spring greens, sage and sap in the spring; berries, leaves and flowers in the summer; apples, acorns and mushrooms in the fall; stories and roots in the winter.

Shop policies

Hello! <3 thanks for checking out this policies page~ i like to think of "policies" as being more of an understanding consideration for each other. a set of guidelines or expectations you can have of what i will do and what i expect of you too~ hooray for awareness!

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
  • Money Order
Payment
i appreciate paypal and etsy direct checkout payments the most (as they are easiest for me to deal with) but understanding that not all people wish to be tangled in the mycelial internet, i also accept mail orders which can be ordered from your local post office and mailed to me.

if you are unable to pay within a day or two, please send me a convo so that i know what's going on. if you'll have the money in a little while or if the money order is coming in the mail, let me know. after three days of not hearing from you, i may try to convo you to find out what's going on, but i may attempt to terminate the transaction as it will seem like you are not going to pay.

i currently charge washington state taxes within washington state~

if you would like to cancel an order, i would appreciate a convo about why the order needs to be cancelled. i'm a pretty compassionate person, mistakes get made, math gets fuzzy; just let me know.
Shipping
after payment is received, you can expect me to send your lovely thing within a few days. i often send it usps because i'm such a fan of the post office. often i'll do flat rate shipping, and luckily the post now includes free tracking. if you would like any additional postal bells and whistles (or a selection from the bells and whistles), let me know and i'll let you know what the upgraded cost will be. (it's usually about $1.30 more, something like that).

if you're ordering from out of country, i know that the usps can be awfully slow on things like that. i'll definitely fill out a customs sheet for it and let you know before i mail it how long it is supposed to take. if you're alright with the estimated time i'll go ahead and deliver it the same way it is estimated. if you need it sooner, i'll do my best to find a good alternative. i'm open to suggestions!
Refunds and Exchanges
if something is damaged or lost in the mail i will certainly refund you, minus the cost of shipping or send a replacement when possible. i offer no warranties on the stuff i sell, but i put my whole heart into making whatever it is i have made. i can only do my best. most things are one of a kind.

i don't accept returns~
Additional policies and FAQs
based in the united states, i am unable to control customs fees for items shipped internationally. if there are customs fees due at arrival, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
