This is a beautiful piece. Exactly as pictured. Sarah was wonderful to work with and not only responded to my questions quickly but also was polite and professional. She also updated us on shipping and our piece arrived as expected. Great customer service and wonderful quality table.

Payment
We prefer to process our payments through etsy but will accept paypal, check or cash for local sales. CT sales subject to sales tax.

Payment in full is required at the time of the order. Exceptions may be made for commercial projects.
Shipping
GENERAL:
All items ship within 4-8 weeks depending on size, size, type and customization. You will be given a clear timeframe upon purchase and we will notify you if any changes to this date will be required.

We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx for our tables and smaller items. Larger items requiring freight services will utilize various shipping companies depending on location. All pieces shipped via freight are delivered curbside unless prior arrangements with applicable fees are made.

Shippers are chosen at the discretion of New Antiquity based on the location of our customers. If a certain shipper is preferred, please make this known prior to purchasing your item.

All items shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx are sent 'no signature required'. If you prefer to sign for your item, please make this known prior to purchasing your item.

Freight shipments/deliveries will need be arranged between the client and the shipping company. We will ask that you provide your contact phone number prior to shipping.

LEAD TIMES and SHIPPING DELAYS:
An estimated time frame will be provided to you upon purchasing your item. We are diligent to meet these deadlines, but under certain circumstances may request an extension in order to dedicate the necessary time to your project.

Extended lead times, or delays in shipping do not justify a partial or full refund under any circumstances.
Refunds and Exchanges
ORDER CHANGES:
Please contact us within (3) days of placing your order if you need to make any changes. We will happily discuss any options with you and provide an accurate estimate of any changes to cost. If there is a price change, all charges must be processed prior to construction of your piece.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded within (3) days of your purchase. A customer may contact us after this date, but depending on the level of completion a 10% cancellation fee may be assessed.

GENERAL REFUNDS:
Refunds on stock* items considered on a case by case basis and subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Custom items and freight shipments are not eligible for returns.

Shipping costs are NOT refundable.

Please carefully inspect all items for shipping damage upon delivery. If damage is suspected photograph box/crate. Removal of product and packaging can be grounds for claim denial. Claims must be processed immediately to be eligible for a refund. Once items are signed for and accepted, they may no longer be eligible for a claim.

If damage is suspected or found, photos must be taken to facilitate a damage claim.

If you have disposed of original packaging, it will become the responsibility of the customer to safely repackage the item. Items damaged due to poor repackaging upon a return trip may not be considered eligible for a full refund.

Shipping costs will only be refunded in the case of a damaged item with processed claim.

Returns due to dissatisfaction of item will be respected and handled promptly, but safe packaging and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. New Antiquity will be happy to assist in facilitating return freight shipping services at the expense of the customer.

*Stock items are defined as items we are able to re-sell in our shop that required no customization in size, color or any other specific details.
Additional policies and FAQs
THE NATURE OF RECLAIMED WOOD:
As each piece of wood we use in our furniture is unique, a wide range of variations, including color, color changes, wood type, weathering, discoloration,staining, saw marks, cracking, nail holes, loose knots, tool marks, dents, thickness variations, splitting, and mixed grain patterns can and should be expected.

By purchasing an item in our shop, we assume you understand these potential variations and embrace this as the natural beauty of reclaimed wood.

If you have specific interests in color, wood type or graining, weathering etc, please make this known in advance to placing your order so we can discuss.

If dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, please contact us immediately! We are here to help! We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will do our best to graciously remedy any issues with our work.

If satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to leave a positive review. If you have any issues with one of our products please contact us prior to leaving a negative review so we may have a chance to correct the problem.
