Welcome to NewBac Designs and thank you for stopping by! I have always loved art and the creative side of life. I was raised by parents that appreciated items from the past and our home was always filled with antiques they either sought out or received from family and generations past. Saving, restoring and reusing old pieces has always been a passion of mine and turning it into a business has been a dream come true. I am blessed beyond measure to have a husband that has supported this endeavor a thousand fold and cheers me on every step of the way.

Whether it is a piece that I have designed, a piece we have built or a clients piece they have chosen to have me restyle, it is always done with love. My heart and soul truly goes into each and every piece I bring back to life. There is no furniture built today like the craftsmanship of furniture built in the past and to give it new life to be loved and cherished by a new generation is the ultimate joy and why I am so passionate about what I do.

I use high quality paints, stains and top coats made specifically for furniture on every piece for a professional finish and high durability.

I look forward to working with you and helping you find the perfect piece in your style for your home that will bring you years of enjoyment.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds and all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please contact us with any issues.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer shipping to the 48 contiguous states. We prefer to use a white glove delivery service to ensure your piece is well taken care of in transit. We will contact several shippers to find the one that is best suited for the job. Please contact us with a physical delivery address including zip code and we will begin collecting quotes. This process can take up to a week.

Do you offer delivery?

We offer delivery for a fee to our local customers within a 100 mile radius.

Do you do custom work?

We love transforming a piece you already own to fit your design style in your home. We also have our own unfinished inventory and are always looking for new items. If there is something you would like but do not own, please contact us and if we don't have it in our inventory, we will do our best to find it and finish it to your specifications.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer a 10% discount for military, teachers, nurses and first responders as a small token of our gratitude for your selfless service. Please scan a copy of your service ID to receive discount.

Can pieces be picked up if we are local?

We would love to schedule pick up from our local patrons. Although we will wrap the item in shrink wrap after you have seen it, we ask that you bring extra blankets and padding to ensure a safe ride from our studio to your home.

What if my piece is damaged during shipping?

I am not responsible for damage during transit. I will take the utmost care in making sure your item is properly and securely packed for shipping. Most shipping companies do offer insurance, so please make sure you have inspected your item before accepting and signing off on it. You must note any damage at the time of delivery in order to file a claim with the delivery company. Anything found after signing off on your piece, will not be covered.

What if my piece is damaged after I have had it in my home and used it?

NewBac Designs is not responsible for negligence. We use the highest quality products specifically for refinishing furniture and a lifetime of use. As with any piece of high end furniture, care must be taken to ensure the finish is not damaged.

What if the color does not match my decor once I have received the piece?

We understand that every device/monitor will show color differently. Be sure before making the purchase, that you are completely satisfied. All sales are final. If you are unsure if the color will match, we will be happy to send more pictures.

What is the condition of the furniture?

I take great care in making each piece as perfect as I possibly can, but these are vintage and antique pieces that have been loved for years and sometimes the imperfections cannot be removed completely. The slight imperfections are reminders of its previous life and add to the character of saving an old piece of furniture.
