JP's New England Gift Company is the creation of two sisters who, along with being busy mothers, have turned a passion for creating wonderful handmade items into the business you see today. We are inspired by our children, and by the desire to create unique, wonderfully made quality items for kids, parents, and families. We believe in New England craftsmanship and in true quality of products, and work to design and create our products to last for years to come. You will see care and attention to detail in all our products.

All our products are made in our clean smoke-free and pet-free homes. Be assured your product will arrive clean and gift-ready.

Returns and exchanges
We care about the satisfaction of our customers! We are confident that you will be pleased with our products, however if for some reason you need an exchange, we are happy to exchange or refund any products (in new condition). We ask that you alert us within 7 days of receipt of your product and let us know the reason you are requesting an exchange or refund. We will work to correct the situation to the best of our ability. Depending upon the circumstances, we reserve the right to have the buyer be responsible for the associated shipping charges.
Payment
We prefer payment through PayPal, but will accept check or money order as well. If paying by check we will not ship merchandise until check has cleared, which may take up to two weeks after receipt of check.
Shipping
We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible - usually within 2 business days! We believe in communicating with our buyers and will let you know by email when your product has shipped, what carrier we are using, and when you can expect it to arrive.

Our FAIR SHIPPING PRICE guarantee: We understand that nobody wants to pay overpriced shipping charges. If you are charged shipping fees that exceed our actual shipping costs, we will refund you the difference if it is greater than one dollar. We believe in keeping shipping affordable for our customers!

We are happy to ship internationally, but please send us a convo to get a price quote.
