Hello and welcome to NewMoonBeading!
As you will see in many of pendants, I am fascinated by the celestial world of stars, and the moon. I didn't realize how many stars that I had until I started listing items! So be it... True to Etsy's world I have been working with vintage buttons and earring briolettes to design my pieces. I would welcome any comments and would treasure the opportunity to make an item that we design together. I have done this on many occasions and it always turns out positively... Enjoy!

Payment
Payment is expected at the time of ordering via PayPal or your credit card which I am happy to accept. Please note that money orders can be sent to me, but that takes precious time from your order. Personal checks take even longer to clear through the bank. I am happy to set aside a piece for you if you are paying by one of the latter means.
Shipping
I ship via Priority Mail with purchases packed in gift boxes and bubble wrap. If you would like to save a little $ I(don't know exactly how much with postal rates these days) please advise me so that I can send it first class. Once the package leaves my hands, it is up to the USPS to deliver it safely. If you wish insurance on your package, please let me know at the time of placing your order. Thank you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Happy customers are a priority for me and I will do all that I can to work with you to make a purchase correct. I attempt to provide good photographs and explanations of my jewelry. If a product is misrepresented, I will gladly reimburse you for the price of the piece. If you must exchange a piece, please let me know within 2 days of having received it. I would prefer to do an exchange rather than a refund, put if there is a problem, please advise me and something can be worked out. I want you to be satisfied.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please leave positive feedback if you are pleased, if not, please let me know first. I have had many happy clients that have not left feedback, so PLEASE DO as it can only help me. If we are involved in a special project together, I expect 60% of the order upfront, the remainder to be paid before sending it out. My guarantee policy covers 100% coverage against non-breakage for a year after purchase, considering that the piece has been worn without undo stress.
