After full payment is received, packages will be shipped through USPS First Class.

All payments for custom orders will be excepted after item is ready and you are happy with the results. It is still my hobby and I'm ready to sculpt just for myself. If the item not reached your expectations I'll keep it for myself.

If you need a paper copy of receipt, let me know, I'll put it in the package for you. I'm trying to keep alive as many trees as it is possible :) and to make package as light as possible. So there will be no paper receipt by default. Etsy is always sending a receipt via e-mail, so you can print it anytime, if it is important.

The main media I'm working with is polymer clay. It is not a very hard or flexible material, it is clay and as any other clays it is fragile. The toys I'm making are NOT for play, they are not for small kids, they are collectibles and should be treated as an art object. They can me broken or damaged by dropping on hard floor. However, if you did damaged it, it is very easy to fix it almost unnoticeable with super glue as it is a polymer material. And of course any time if you have problems with my creations just send me a message and I will try to help or give an advise. Also keep in mind, that any creation may or may not have tiny "cracks" on surface, they are not actual cracks, but some folds in clay, initially they appear during processing the raw clay and are not visible until they are baked, even after smoothing the surface before baking. They are almost unnoticeable and appear randomly during baking and usually disappear after full craft process is done. I will never send a product if these "cracks" are really visible or big enough that can be cause of future damage. However on some kinds of clay such as translucent or semi translucent it is almost impossible to avoid these marks. As for today I went through different techniques and able to avoid most of their appearance.
