Foster fail! I adopted a new muse! Bobble is a rescue dog from Tokyo ARK. Three years old, very clever, a living plush toy. I never thought I’d be a “poodle person,” but thanks to her inspiring antics, I’ve started working on a new set of dog designs.
Wahoo! My second round of sticker prints just arrived! I’m working as fast as I can to get these new stickers all cut into sets and listed in the shop.
Cutting apart my new stickers. So excited to finally have stickers in my shop, and I can’t wait to share these with everyone!

Cute happy fun // pets and snacks all day

I'm an artist, dog rescue volunteer, and snack enthusiast living in Tokyo, Japan. For inspiration I visit parks and gardens, pet all the dogs, and try every new flavor of Japanese snacks that I can find.

My microbusiness got started years ago, making pins for friends' bands in Austin, TX. Now I'm painting and sketching my own images to turn into the cute-happy-fun designs you see here.

Returns and exchange details
Shirts are made to order
Shirts are printed to order, so I reluctantly allow returns and exchanges. Please read the sizing information carefully. Please read and follow the care instructions.

Errors/defects
If you believe that your order has been fulfilled incorrectly, contact me with details about the error, as well as a photo to help describe the issue. If there is an error, I will provide replacements or refunds and pay shipping costs.

Cancellations
• Request a cancellation within 4 hours of purchase (1 hour for priority or express shipping orders)

Returns/Exchanges
• Contact me within 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery
• Returns/exchanges may be shipped to me in Tokyo or to my family in Texas.
• Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns/exchanges for custom orders, bulk orders, or personalized orders.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items must be in original, re-sellable condition, unwashed, with no obvious signs of wear or use. Items must be free of odors such as perfume and cigarette smoke, and free of pet hair, dirt, et cetera. I reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if an item is not re-sellable at my discretion.
Shipping
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. The post can be unpredictable, but I've only had trouble with about 1 in 500 shipments.

FOR STICKERS
Stickers ship from my neighborhood post office in Tokyo, Japan. I'll drop them in the mail ASAP! I can usually ship stickers within 24 hours of your order. Stickers typically ship by air, and they usually take 5-8 days to arrive to USA. FOR SHIRTS
Production time is always 3-7 business days.
Standard US shipping is 2-8 business days.
Expedited US shipping is 1-3 business days.
Please note that shipping can be expedited, but production time cannot. If you pay for 1-3 day shipping, the shirt will still be ready to ship in 3-7 business days (usually 3-4 but closer to 7 during busy times such as holidays).

Shirts ship from a fellow Etsy seller's print shop in Los Angeles, California, USA. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. International standard shipping often takes 2-3 weeks, but can occasionally take anywhere from 5 to 45 days. The United States Postal Service does not guarantee US ship times/dates, nor do they give estimates of international ship times. However, they do guarantee money back on Priority and Express packages if an item is lost or damaged by the postal service.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
If a package is shipped to an incorrect shipping address that you provided, you may be responsible for cost of the return shipping and/or re-shipping, or you may choose to receive a refund for the cost of the items. I cannot give refunds for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address if they are delivered and not returned to me. Please note that it is impossible for you to place an order from Etsy without being prompted to enter and/or verify a shipping address.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Privacy
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

Information I Collect

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
- Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
- Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as DropBox is Privacy Shield compliant, having received the ISO 27018 certification.

Your Rights

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
- Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
- Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
- Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
- Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

How it's made and shipped

• My shirts are printed using eco-friendly water-based inks on 100% cotton tees (except heather gray, which is 90% cotton/10% polyester). The printing is done by fellow Etsy sellers who have their own awesome shirt company in Los Angeles, California.
• My shirt and sticker designs are made by me, copyright Samantha J Horne.
• Shirts and stickers ship separately.
• I try to use as little plastic as possible when I package my stickers, but I still want to protect them. My shop process is always evolving, and I'll be very happy to hear feedback from buyers about reducing OR increasing my sticker packaging!
