3 out of 5 starsI ordered these cute notecards because of the “mix of colorful envelopes” it came with! Unfortunately I received no colorful envelopes and only plain white. Would not have ordered them if I knew that was the case.

1 out of 5 starsSeller isn't good with communicating when it comes to emailing. I emailed the seller on Nov 9 and asked would my items be ready and shipped in time for to me get by Nov wu. Seller said yes and to order. Ordered items on the 9th. As time passes I emailed the seller 3 or 4 times because I knew the week of Thanksgiving would be to late. The seller never responded. Then on that Monday before Thanksgiving I received an email saying they had just been shipped but I needed them by that Friday after Thanksgiving and remind you the post off was closed Thursday for Thanksgiving. After my party Thanksgiving weekend, I messaged the seller again to inquire about a full refund since I no longer needed the items and I have yet to hear anything and it December 7th. I would not suggest buying from them if you have a deadline to have something.

I would like to state that this buyer was refunded her money when she had requested. Her issue was dealt with in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete this order due to being diagnosed and sick with covid and did close my shop for a short time to heal.

1 out of 5 starsI gave this person a deadline and asked if the items would make it in time. I also ordered from 2 other places that made custom orders that were further away from me. She was the last one to ship and the shipping date said between the 16th and 23rd. I needed my items no later than the 20th. Now I did get them on time but waiting until the last minute when I specifically asked prior to ordering isn't something I look for in business. Also one pair was ripped upon receiving and another pair ripped shortly after they were put on.
Plus they weren't all the same color.
When buying matching things for a party there is no reason some should be a darker color than other.
