About NiceMinn
Sharing our Minnesota pride through original design and high-quality products.
We're a husband and wife duo (Hayley + Scott) from Southern Minnesota who count travel as a hobby and have an eye for minimalist design. A trip in the Midwest four years ago brought these two ideas together and inspired us to create the original artwork that now appears on all of our products.
While we had a completed design for several years, we never printed it on anything until Christmas of 2015. That's when Hayley had a few t-shirts made up as a gift for Scott. We liked the shirts so much that we decided to get stickers printed. Once the design caught on with our family and friends, we knew we had to share it with more people and an Etsy shop seemed like the perfect solution.
Our products are reflection of a celebration of all things Minnesota. We hope you like what you see. Thanks for stopping!

Returns and exchange details
• All returns and exchanges must be made within 21 days of receiving your order.
• Please ship all orders BACK TO: 707 West King Street, Apartment 1 • Winona, MN 55987
• If an item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include a photo. We'll happily send you a replacement item within 5 business days.
Exchanges
• Seller assumes all return shipping and handling for an exchange of the same product (equal or lesser value) and assumes all costs to re-ship the new item(s).
• If you would like to exchange apparel for a different size, we need to receive the original unworn, unwashed item before processing the exchange.
Returns
• Buyer assumes all return shipping and handling to Nice Minnesota for a return. This applies to orders with the original offer of free shipping and handling.
• Before processing the return of an apparel item, we need to receive the original unworn, unwashed item.
Payment
• Sales tax will be charged for all non-clothing items.
• International buyers will be responsible for any custom fees or duties that your country applies.
Shipping
In Stock Items: 1-3 business days
• We will ship your order within 1-3 business days of your purchase. Please allow for shipping time from the state of Minnesota.
Special Order Items and Custom Orders: 4-6 weeks
• We will ship your order within 4-6 weeks after purchase. Please allow for shipping time from the state of Minnesota.
• If you need an item shipped to you by a specific date, you must indicate this via a conversation before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate a specific timeline without notification prior to purchase.
Shipping Notifications
• You will receive a shipping notification when we create the shipping label for your order. It will include either a USPS or UPS tracking number.
• You can always find the tracking info in your account under "Purchases & Reviews".
Shipping Methods
• Most domestic orders ship for free (excluding pint glasses and mugs).
• All items ship via the US Postal Service.
• Domestic (United States) orders ship either Parcel or First Class Mail (depending on your choice at checkout and quantity) and include tracking. Shirts and soft items ship in either a plastic bag or box depending on quantity. Breakable items are packaged with bubble wrap and ship in a box.
• International (any orders outside the US) orders ship First Class Mail and take 5-21 days for delivery.
• If an item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include a photo. We'll happily send you a replacement item within 5 business days.
Additional policies and FAQs
• When viewing our shop items on your computer or mobile device, all screens display color differently. This may account for slight hue changes from screen to screen, and the smallest of differences between what you see online and the color of our shirts and stickers in person. Please understand that we are not responsible for color discrepancies between what shows on the screen and what is shipped.
Shirt Sizes
• Please review the measurements within each listing for shirt width and length. Listings will also include specific information on fit, when available.
• If you are unhappy with the fit of your shirt, please see our exchange and return policy.
Communication with the Shop
• We will do our best to respond to all inquiries and purchases within 24 hours, unless our shop is on vacation or otherwise noted in our heading, welcome message, or message to buyer.

Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to provide quotes and options for custom orders (different apparel, houseware items and more or new print colors). Please be aware that custom orders can be more expensive, especially if only a small quantity is ordered.
