After trying to find some solutions for packaging my handmade jewelry for my other shop (tinygalaxies.etsy.com), I noticed a need for clean and unique packaging supplies. I began making my own, and eventually my ideas grew to more than I needed for myself. Soon after, Nice Package Design was born! I make and ship orders very quickly, usually within hours of when the order was placed on weekdays. If you order is packed, it cannot be cancelled - ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
International orders will be shipped First Class International. Note that buyers are responsible for any additional charges incurred. Please check with your country's customs office if you are unsure of customs policies and fees.
International orders ship immediately but can be expected to take anywhere from a week to several weeks to arrive, and even longer during the holidays. Packages can sometimes be delayed at customs, so please allow for extra time when ordering from outside of the US. There is unfortunately nothing that I can do to get your package to you quicker once it is sent.
Most orders will ship within 2 business days of when the order was placed and paid for. I usually ship within 24 hours, but sometimes (and for larger orders) it is not always possible. Feel free to message me for an approximate processing time, especially if you are going to place an order of 10 items or more.
Please make sure that your ETSY ADDRESS is correct. I do not look at your address on Paypal, only Etsy. If your address is incorrect, packages cannot be resent unless paid for again by you.
**If you have any special requests please convo me before you place your order, or as soon as possible. I can not honor requests that were not discussed before you placed your order. Any special requests within an order not discussed previously will result in a cancelled order, or an order sent AS ORDERED (not as requested, as most requests deviating from as is designs cannot be honored).**

Please check out the custom listings available in my shop. I generally will only do the already made custom listings that I have available. I only do custom tag orders if you will order in a large quantity.

-Can you print with white ink?
No, unfortunately it's impossible, and cannot be done even with most industrial printers. If you see white, it is probably just negative space on white paper (I cannot do that here).
-Can you print with another color?
I am not currently accepting custom orders, so the only text available is what you already see in the shop.
-Can you make this larger/smaller?

-Do you have other colors of paper?
For stickers, I can always do white, kraft, light pink, or light blue (gold and silver metallic cannot be printed on). For tags and die cuts, I have white and kraft, ivory and light pink are also available for a slight price increase. I may be adding other colors in the future, but this is what I have currently.
-Can you make this tag or sticker blank?
Most likely! Send me a message though and I'll let you know for sure.
-Can you make me "your number here" amount of stickers/tags?
Stickers and tags are made and sold in certain amounts, and sold in packs. All tags are sold in sets of 25, and stickers are sold in different amounts depending on their shape and how many fit on a sheet. I can't sell specific amounts of tags or stickers because of how they are made, so you would just have to round up to get how many you need. I cannot make special listings for exact numbers of individual stickers or tags.
-I can't add enough of one item to my cart, do you have more?
Yep! I make everything here in my home studio, so I can make as many as you need. Many times, I just don't know that listings are running low and forget to update them. It is impossible to constantly keep up with, so if you need more and don't see enough, just message me and I'll add more.
-How long will it take my order to ship?
I usually get most orders out within 24 hours (business days only). Larger orders and custom orders may require a few more days. If you need something by a certain date, please message me to find out if this is possible. Priority Shipping is always a good idea for domestic (USA) orders if you need something soon, and can be upgraded for an extra few dollars (it is $5.50). You can message me if you need domestic Priority Shipping and I will set up a custom order with adjusted shipping. International express and priority are not available at this time.
-How long should my order take to arrive?
Domestic (US) orders shipped via First Class can arrive within a few days or even longer than a week. International First Class packages can take anywhere from a week to several weeks to arrive. Packages are frequently delayed at customs which is unfortunately random and out of my control, which causes delays of delivery. Please note that everything takes longer to receive during the holidays (November-December), so shipping times are even longer.
