Hello and welcome to Nicework, my etsy shop based in the sunny seaside town of Herne Bay in England. I make handcrafted items from rare vintage textiles from mid century to mod 70s cushions, accessories and also limited edition jewellery using precious scraps of fabric from the Nicework Stash. I also sell a limited amount of my vintage fabric collection suitable for crafting, quilting and treasuring.

Shipping

All items are posted from the United Kingdom. Please ensure that you have added the correct address when completing your order, I cannot be responsible for any delays or non delivery of items caused by incorrect and unconfirmed addresses and will be unable to offer any refund or investigate orders wrongly addressed.

INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS: All effort is made to quote accurate shipping fees but overseas customers wanting to purchase multiple items should message me for an accurate postal price as the Etsy mail pricing system cannot always reflect the true cost, Overpayment of shipping costs ($2+) will always be refunded once the item/s have been posted.

If you order is ready to ship it will be posted within 2-3 business days of your order being placed, If your item is made to order, please refer to your item description for despatch timings. I will send an email to let you know when it is on it's way.
Shipping times to Europe are approximately 4-5 working days, to the USA it is usually between 5-10 working days.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA is currently taking as long as 3-4 weeks by Royal Mail airmail post, and customers from Australia will need to expect a longer wait to receive their items. I can post via tracked premium service to Australia if required, if customers from Australia would prefer this option, please send me a conversation.
