Accepted payment methods

Shipping
Shipping is automated through paypal, so all items will be shipped to THE ADDRESS PROVIDED THROUGH PAYPAL. If you enter the incorrect address into paypal, we cannot be held responsible for items' nondelivery.

Shop policy on domestic orders is that shipping is handled on Sundays and shipped on the Monday following payment for the item. Please consider this in estimating the arrival of items. Also, expect increased delays for international orders due to customs process.

Small prints (8.5"x11" and under) are sent backed in cardboard marked "do not bend" via USPS parcel post, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Large format prints are sent rolled in a cardboard shipping tube (also via USPS with a shipping time of 3-5 business days).

Due to the expensive nature of shipping internationally and in an attempt to keep shipping costs at a minimum, international buyers' items will be sent via Airmail (with an estimated delivery time of 1-4 weeks, depending on country). If you would like the items delivered in a more timely fashion contact us after purchasing the item, and we can send you an updated invoice.

We guarantee that all items reach the post office intact (we would never send a damaged item, or send an item in damaged packaging). Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for damage incurred in transit. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact the post office for proper protocol or retributive payment.

All items are sold unframed, although most are designed to fit in standard frames available in most home and art stores throughout the US.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your item and would like to return it, simply ship back to us. Upon receiving the item, we'll promptly refund your money (minus shipping fee). If you would like to make an exchange, send the item back to us and we'll send you a replacement.
